 Mr. Mohan Kendall:

President,

Ontario Cricket Association

TDCA board appreciates and welcomes the invitation to be a part of the Ontario Cricket Association. We have decided to turn the page and move forward and to bring to an end the division of cricketers in the Province of Ontario. TDCA board believes that the re-conciliation process should also include resolving the long standing issue of EDCL participation in OCA. This matter requires a final resolution in the upcoming SAGM. TDCA will extend all possible support for the integration of EDCL into OCA.

TDCA will work with rest of the OCA members to bring about normalcy in the functioning of the OCA and at the same time help put together a framework for fair and justified protection of the interests of the smaller regions of Ontario. We believe that the support and protection for the out lying regions of Ontario is in the best interest of TDCA itself as we would also be the beneficiaries of that growth.

It is our belief that TDCA memebrship in OCA will now be restored to status quo by March 16, 2009. If there are any discrepancies in our understanding, please advice us before proceeding with the processing of this communiqué. We are available for a meeting this Saturday if so desired by OCA.

Many thanks for your leadership in this matter!

 Kind Regards

 Ranjit Saini

On behalf of TDCA Board of Directors
